Can the order details be changed after it is completed?

 

To make any changes to your order after it is completed, we will cancel the current order and make a new order with the requested changes within a period not exceeding 4 days from the date of making the order.

 
 
 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes, you only need to contact us within a period not exceeding 4 days from the date of making the request, through:

In the event that the order is prepaid, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

 

If the order is canceled after 4 days, the prepaid deposit may be deducted to compensate for the damage caused by starting to manufacture the product.

 

Some products may differ in the type and shape of the accessory attached to it from the image on the site according to its availability in the Egyptian market, this does not prevent its quality and freedom from any defects that prevent the use of this product.

 

Some “carpet-like” products may differ slightly from the image shown on the website due to the lighting conditions that were used when the product was photographed.

 

The product is checked by the customer before the delivery representative leaves. Receipt of the product is an implicit acknowledgment of approval and that it is free from any technical defects that prevent the intended use of the product.

 

Do I get charged when making a return or do I get a full refund?

 

We do our best to deliver the best possible quality to your home, which is why our manufacturers make your product to order. The product you receive is specifically designed to fit your needs and can only be returned if it is damaged or does not meet the required specifications.

 

If you request to return your product due to damage or content mismatch, you will receive a full refund for your order.

 

 In the event of returning a product without manufacturing defects, the customer bears 15% of the product price in addition to the actual shipping cost of the product.

 

Product return terms:

 

We encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to receive it if there is no damage or mismatch between it and your order,

You can return your product if it is found to be defective within 14 days from the date of delivery if it is in the original condition of receipt and has not been used.

Should any damage occur due to shipping, please contact us through the aforementioned official communication channels within 24 hours of delivery to report it. Please take at least 3 photos of the damage and submit with the return request.

If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of the delivery date only if the product accessories are complete, in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition. (Does not apply to furniture and decoration products manufactured to order).

You may report the missing parts/defective products that you received within 48 hours from the date of delivery indicating the nature of the damage/malfunction/shortage

Products can only be returned if installed by a technician (Self-installing products are excluded. For example: shelves, bathroom storage units, etc.)

Failure to apply any of the foregoing points will be deemed that you have accepted the product(s) and/or may reject your return request.

 

Homzsmart.com has the right to cancel the order during the processing period without giving reasons, according to the necessary procedures that led to the cancellation of a customer’s request, which is the last decision that can be resorted to by Homzsmart.com.

 

Product return steps:

 

If you believe that during the time of delivery the product was not as stipulated in the contract and there are total defects that prevent its use, you must contact us immediately through our communication channels or chat electronically directly via the feature on our website and provide details of the product and the damages caused to it .

In the event of minor defects that do not prevent the product from being used for its intended purpose, we will bear the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged part within an acceptable period.

You must return the product or deliver it to the courier company that we send to your home.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period which may last up to seven business days from the date the product was returned if the product can be exchanged or if you are entitled to a refund (as applicable). Payment or exchange of the item will be made as soon as possible (it may last from 7-10 working days) after the date we sent the email in which we confirm that the refund or product exchange is proceeding.

If returned products are confirmed to be defective or damaged that prevents the product from being used for its intended purpose, we will provide you with a full refund including the fees paid by you for delivery and return. The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method as the transaction

We do installation service for all products except for the following self-install products for example:
